2-Eat healthy foods, low calorie and rich in protein.
3-Take at least 2 liters of water daily to stay hydrated.

1-É recomendavel as pessoas praticarem exercicios fisicos constantemente.
2-Consumir alimentos saudaveis,de baixo teor calorico e rico em proteínas.
